  • Hello! Looking to buy a CNG Vehicle !!

Hi there I'm new to the forum but have been looking into CNG for the past few months. I think I've decided that I either want to get a 1999- Present Crown Victoria, or a 1999-Present Dedicated CNG Ford F150, or a 2003-2004 Ford F150 Bi-Fuel (No Compuvalve problems!!) Where is the best place to buy one of these cars? Can I buy them locally here in California? Cng Motors seems to be a good place... but I'd have to drive to get it.. What kind of CNG Car does everyone here recommend???
    Thanks in advance.

Where are you located? I have a fully-loaded OEM dedicated Dodge pickup with 43k original miles for sale. I am in Utah.

$175 to ship to Ontario. What info do you need? If you go to the website all inventory are listed under the CNG Vehicles tab, then click on the picture and it will take you into the add. I have a 03&04 F150 x-cab no compuvalve as you mentioned

CNG MOTORS, I live in Los Angeles. Here are some of the questions I had for you:

I also live in California (LA County, in Woodland Hills) What type of tax breaks do I qualify for?

Do you offer financing? what do you need to qualify? (typically)

Possible for me to drive the car back home from your dealership???
            Thanks

There are no Federal incentives for used CNG vehicles, and CA also has non aswell. If you fly in we'll pick you up from the airport and you can drive back. But you will pay AZ sales tax of 8.3% and if your local sales tax is higher you will pay the differance from 8.3% if it's lower you pay nothing to CA for sales tax

That is a 240 mile stretch from Phoenix to Indio, no CNG fueling stations in between. Plan on AAA+ or spare tanks installed if you are going to drive. You also may want to consider a dedicated vehicle over a bi-fuel if you want to drive solo in the carpool lanes.

Yup I am planning to get a dedicated cng unless an 03-04 f150 pops up that looks good. Thanks for the tip!

From the Travel America truck stop near Tonapah, the Sunline transit CNG station is 214 miles. Sold many GX's to CA making that drive, not one has run out of fuel yet.

18 gallons if all three tanks are op, times 15 mpg on the HWY gets me 270 miles so yup!
