  • Hello from Las Vegas!

Hi I am new to this site and CNG cars. I want to convert my car to use both gas and CNG.

Has anyone done a 1998 BMW 7 series? Is this website ********.com My answer to conversion?

    Great site, Great purpose!!

    Take care

    Welcome DocAce.

I’m not sure about a conversion for that. If you read that forum on conversions it should answer a lot of questions. The main thing is to stay away from non-EPA certified conversions. At the “Cruise-In” CNG Hal made a funny off-hand comment about those conversions being tail pipe flamethrowers

I live in LV also and have worn my fingers to the bone trying to determine if, a) NV requires a EPA or CARB certification, and b) whi is a licensed, qualified conversion mechanic/company to do the work. Please let me know if you have found out these answers. Marc

EPA is federal, and is required in ALL states. Other states may be more strict (like CARB), but none can be more lax.

Well I am ramping up for a CNG conversion or commuter car I my "gas" car is on the way and I have a few stations close to work and home. Now for the car!

They are going to have to do something on the conversions, reg gas is getting nuts, 140 bucks a barrel, simply crazy-
