Recent article at NGV Global indicates that Jeep Commander (ie Dodge/Chrysler SUV) with 8 cylinder engine has been converted to CNG in Singapore. See at:

What a crock that US vehicles can be shipped halfway across the world and converted to run on clean cng, but Dodge won't sell a cng vehicle here in USA!! Yet, US taxpayers are supposed to bail them out again with stimulus money or loans. Baloney!! If US carmakers don't IMMEDIATELY begin selling and promoting cng vehicles here in USA, they don't get another penny of government money!!
