  • CE Stock going down

CE stock is taking a tumble. Down from $18 to under $7. Boon and wife have been selling and the pre Earnings report is for a .26 cent loss per share on 38 million revinue. Looking at the 44 million shares and a warrent was just issued for 35 million bucks Things don't look so good in the near term, especially since oil is going down. If prop 10 passes in CA good news for CE, but it looks like CE is heading toward $3 a share anyway.

That's why Murphy and I have been short for over a month. As for the insider selling, if I owned 16.5 million shrs and my wife held 17.8 million shrs and my young company stock was at it's previous high point, I'd probably be selling off a million shares too. Plus, it's probably when they can finally sell per all the rules the SEC places on insiders. Maybe they needed to buy a new house in the Bahamas.

FSYS is still getting beaten up too, off over 50% since mid-August.

Murphy, If you rode CE all the way down...Cash it in today!!!! or at least half. lock in your gains. Looks like Monday the market is going way up ...until the Monday after T day.... Then down on consumer spending. If prop 10 here in CA passes then CE will go way up. More wacky market swings on the way til the end of the year.

          Oooooo ... Ouch!

Sorry everyone who went long thinking the Prop would pass and this would skyrocket. (This is why I always trade with the trend. )

Stop loss is now above yesterday's high.

                Re: CE Stock going down

No Fuelmaker deal, no prop 10, gas prices coming in line with CE pump prices, not much to like here.

                  Re: CE Stock going down

CE prices in NY are just about at gasoline prices, super stinky. And CE has a monopoly in my area...time to get my own compressor.

                    Re: CE Stock going down

As stated 1 week ago "CE is heading toward $3 a share" Currently $4.90 The $3 a share range is about 3x earnings. It could very well go to $1 a share which would be 1x earnings.

. Is all I'm going to say

I lied, got something else to say. Create loyalty through fair treatment and not through monopolizing. It's a different generation Pickens, one that will buy somewhere else for more money because they don't like you, Like me !

                        Re: CE Stock going down

                        I'm with you Murphy . . . . 110 percent !!!

Just saw T Boone Pickens on Fox News this morning, and now he's backpedaling his Wind Farm idea back, blaming that "credit crunch" is forcing him to delay or scale down number of windmills - - - said he was looking at 20% equity & 80% loan which now won't work, and even 30% equity and 70% loan won't work. Come on, real reason is with huge drop in oil price, the massive profit that Pickens hoped to make is not there. Overall, people now will revert back to status quo of using petrol instead of thinking of natural gas as solution. Pickens also said his "Pickens Plan" budget will drop from $60 Million to around $40 or $50 Million . . . . oh, boo hoo . . . . if you're a billionaire, who cares about the penny rounding!!

I've got idea, let Clean Energy get to penny stock, then US Government bail them out with purchase of all CE stock, oust all the management (ie T Boone and other greedy cronies), and THEN rapidly progress with nationwide infrastructure of public cng refueling with MAX price of $1.75 in remote areas, and $1.25 as normal nationwide public price for cng. There you go, let it happen!!
