when you say calibration software is that for the gages or the EPA emissions testing before and after conversion?
Conversion laws in my area are kind of gray at this time. I am after systems that are already there. Calibration software allows me to access the OEM and Alt. fuel control modules to change things such as ignition timing, advance curve, Variable valve timing opening RPM's, TPS compensation, fuel pressure, and other things that affect fuel economy. There are many CNG components that have been discontinued. To get CNG system working again, sometimes a part of a different calibration is used. PCM and Alt Fuel module generally require re-calibration for new part so the emissions and fuel economy are not compromised.
