Read just how much gas they flared on the 15th of July.....

    30.7 MILLION Cubic Feet!!!!!

So I did some math and figured that the amount of gas they flared:

    30,700,000 CF = 30,700,000,000 BTUs
    30,700,000,000 BTU's / 114,118.8 BTU per GGE =

    -That is about 269,018 GGE!!
-That could fill my car 33,627 times
-I could drive about 8,608,576 miles at 32 MPGGE

We really ought to be figuring out how to capture that rather than flaring it......Yet people still think that CNG vehicles are stupid and cannot be feasible in the long run.

Being a Petroleum Engineer, I am sure that as soon as there is a pipeline laid to the location, the gas will be put into the marketplace.
