Mario Garcia can convert a gas guzzler into a cleaner, more effecient CNG (compressed natural gas) vehicle.
But he can not do this in California.
Sound strange? We thought so too.

Good video. I checked this guy's cars out earlier this year. They were in great shape, but, unfortunately, he was asking a fortune for them.
