I saw another story that cited Honda and Fuelmaker didn't provide "audited financial statements" on time. If they straighten out their end I'm sure T. Boone will be happy to put his offer back on the table, but maybe for a little less this time.

It's a shame this won't be looked at from an anti-trust persepctive, considering in a lot of areas, fuelmaker's products are the only real competition to CleanEnergy fueling stations.
