I will giving a presentation on my CNG car at the The Second Annual
Long Beach Solar
and Sustainability
Conference and Tour

May 2 & 3, 2009 9 am - 4 pm
My Councilwoman Gerrie Schipske invited me do give a presentatioin about the Honda CNG I own because I have a Phil station and the Press Telegram did an article on it.
May 3 is a tour of the places that are using the things they talk about on May 2. So there will be a bus coming to my house to see how the Phil station works with my Honda and my son's Plymouth Voyager.
Everyone is invited.

Suggest they might consider some incentives, like free parking. We recently got abandoned by some short sighted folks in LA.

The park whee is going to be held has free parking. It is going to be at El Dorado Park - I believe at the Senior Center.

Pete, I will make a serious effort to get the time off so I might attend. If I can get away, it would be on Fri the 2nd. Do you have a time table for when the Councilwoman will be speaking on Friday?

I will give you a time on Saturday May 2. There will be many speakers and displays throughout the day.

I live on the other side of Long Beach. I wish my Councilwoman had been at the Sustainability Conference. It was amazing how little the Visitors knew about CNG cars, Electric cars, and the movie "Who Killed the Electric Car".
