Service Advisors Guide

I just got a Service Advisors Guide book for the Civic GX from Ebay. I could not find a date when the book was printed but it looks like maybe 1999 (not sure). Does anybody know what this book was used for? It does have information in it about selling the car. Is it worth anything more than I paid ($5) The book is in near perfect condition.

It probably lets them know that there is a fuel filter that needs to be changed more frequently than gasoline cars, a fuel shutoff valve behind the LR wheel well, stuff like that that gasoline cars don't have.
