No spell check error. the ANG technology in the previous post about the ACT Expo in Long Beach should be spelled: adsorbed.

Adsorption is defined as the adhesion of an extremely thin layer of molecules onto the surfaces of particles. German physicist Heinrich Kayser coined the term "adsorption" in 1881. Adsorption is a different process from absorption, in which a substance diffuses into a liquid or solid to form a solution.

IVECO Press Room Nov 3, 2020 - IVECO S-Way NP 460 wins Sustainable Truck of the Year 2021 Award

Maurizio Cervetto, Vado e Torno Deputy Editor, stated: “With the IVECO S-Way NP, IVECO is setting a new reference in productivity and efficiency for long-haul alternative traction vehicles. The IVECO S-Way is not only the only natural gas vehicle with 1000-mi range; it is also the new reference in consumption with 4.12 km per kg of gas.

Thomas Hilse, IVECO Brand President, commented: “We are very proud of this important award, which supports our view of the vital role of natural gas in achieving a sustainable long-haul transport. It is the only solution that is immediately available. It is the starting point on the path to zero-emissions, and the IVECO S-Way proves that it is already a reality. It achieves a 95% reduction in Particulate Matter and 90% in NO2 compared to Diesel. And, when running on bio-methane, it generates 95% less CO2.

IVECO has been investing in alternative tractions for more than 20 years, developing the extensive experience that makes it today’s reference for natural gas in the European market with more than 35,000 natural gas vehicles sold. This has led to the development, in just a few years, of a widespread network of some 80 LNG fuelling stations in Italy alone.
