We're in the pre-construction phase of the upgrade... New dispencer, card reader, more storage, etc.

The whole process is probably going to be 6 months, sorry to say...

Did you go with the same vendor and are you using a Delbarco (Greenfield) or a Tulsa Gas Technologies dispenser?

Even though I received several bids on the upgrade, and would accept others if you know someone wanting to do one for me, at this point we are back to GESI. I believe their bid included a Krauss 2 hose/3600psi dispenser, Fuel Force video and card reader and an upgraded storage capacity, from it's present 30 gge to around 100gge. There is a Fuelmaker single hose unit in now that's not a W & Measures unit, with a MicroMotion unit that displays gge/$. Used only 3 mo, and will be for sale soon. Unit $24,000 new, make offer.

What can you tell me about the Krauss. I'm not familiar and am assuming it's a used unit, based on their bid amount, which is fine as long as it's a decent piece of equipment.

I am a huge fan of Kraus. this can easily made to a 3600/3000 dispenser. you can use the Fuelmaker dispenser for more storage. (You can never have enough storage.) storage and in house filling. Also the Micromotion can be used as a spare for the Kraus.

What does it take to get 3600/3000 running from the dispencer? Is this an internal pressure regulator to one side? Does the company you are with do stations? Who did you say you are with now? Would they be intrested in giving a bid? I can't proceed with the grant paperwork until Jan, so I'm open to my options.

Re: Curtis with his CNG station

I will try to get ahold of a few my old venders. Message me some of the specs you are looking for. After the screw up GESI I would think they would be bending over backwards to help you out.

The only thing that is needed to change frpm a 3600 to 3000 psi hose on a Kraus is a Aqua Environment regulator ($500), adjustment of the shut off switch and PLC and reseting of the relief valve to 3650 psi.
