  • HB 4213 **PASSED** Questar owes me some money.

Yesterday HB 4213 passed and is now waiting on president signature. This extends the .50 tax credit till Dec 31st 2010. So where do I submit all my reciepts for the past couple of weeks for reimbursment from Questar?

The bill did pass, however all of the tax extenders were removed in order to pass the bill for unemployment insurance. The CNG tax incentive was one of the 300+ extensions removed from the bill.

Instead of worring about the extra $3.00 youve spent, you should apologize for misleading people.
Where's your money for questar for giving you reduced price fuel for the last 7 months? I hate people
that blame this on questar when they gave us, the consumers, the benefit of the doubt since the first of the
year. I dont know of many utilities that have done that. Im not going to complain about paying $1.45 a gallon
when I can get such great fills at these new stations they're putting in. 3900 psi fills for $1.45 or 2200 psi fills
at the old stations for $.95 ? I know which one i'd rather have, upgrades dont pay for themselves.

        Sorry Harpoon, Slim is right.

The 50 cent per GGE tax credit actually expired January 1, 2010 and Questar continued to offer us the reduced price at the pump hoping that the tax incentive would be renewed. If anything, Questar should be asking us for the money, but they won't, they are a great company.

I don't think the natural gas for vehicles tax credit was extension was included in the final version of H.R.4213 unless anyone else is otherwise aware?

I read the summary and it looked like it was included but when I read the complete bill, it was no where to be found.

That language is not in the final version of the bill, as passed by the House and Senate, as far as I can tell.

                  Michael,

Here is the link to the bill as it was passed.

                  http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill...bill=h111-4213

I don't see any of the text that you copied in.

I do see in the summary of the bill that it should be in there but I don't think it made it. Here is the link to the summary:

                  http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill...13&tab=summary

It looks like all that was passed was the law to extend unemployment to 99 weeks. [email protected]#$%#%%
