How long will CNG prices be low?

I have heard some ideas about Questar and their CNG prices in Utah. I traveled out of state in my bi-fuel car and once I got into NV and CA if didnt stress to much about finding CNG whereas the price was better but not a ton. How long can we expect to enjoy these CNG prices in Utah?
