Okay, so it doesn't really have anything to do with CNG, and it's not the kind of shooting you're thinking of, but it's worth looking at the article just to see the picture of the shooter.

You can see the Alpine School District CNG pump on the very left side of the video at :36 and before hitting play.

It sounds like someone is filling with CNG in the background when they are interviewing the Lindon police chief at the station. The student driver and instructor must have been from that A1 Driving School that uses CNG Civics.
