Last night I visited the Fillmore, Utah Chevron station to fill up for my trip home to SLC. Although it was only 6:30 PM the attendant was turning off the lights and locking the door. Luckily she was kind enough to stay a few minutes and allow me to fill up.
I asked her if they were closing early due to Christmas and she told me that they will close early when business is to slow on any night.
So you may want to call ahead or plan to get there early if you plan to fill up there.
