I thought that CNG prices in Utah were supposed to drop on Nov. 1st (or 3rd since that was the first weekday) in conjunction with the Questar rate decrease, but prices at the Questar station on 2nd South and at the airport are still $0.87.
When (or where) is the price at $0.79 ??
