UofU Station Update

Just saying thanks to the State Refueling folks -- The second pump nozzle is back on line. I used it Sunday, 08-03-2008 with excellent pressure.

BTW, I have used this station over a dozen times since the July 1st "Public access opening" and I have never had to deal with ANY other re-fueling traffic, civilian or State of Utah. But I always try to hit it at the times recommended in the Terms of Use.

Let's hope with the students return in this fall, it doesn't get abused.

Can you describe where the pump is located? I'm somewhat familiar with the roads around campus, but I don't recall seeing the pump anywhere.

I know what you mean. It took me about 15 minutes to find it at night.

It is very close to the Huntsman Center, maybe 100 yards from the building and across the road immediately to the west of the Hunstman Center. You can see it from South Campus Drive (the road that the Trax rails are on). It's maybe 20-30 yards north of South Campus Drive.

As of last night, the pump and/or card reader were down at the UofU. It's been down most of the week since Sunday.

Anyone try it today?

Working as of 8/16 11:00am. Got a 3500psi fill.
