Working on it, tried to call but just got voice mail, they did show up with cars in a parade here in Utah today. I will call my contacts at the state and EPA and see if they know of them.

The phone number is listed too, right above the email. It's for a business called {removed by forum staff} , but which appears to operate out of a home, from what I saw on the satelite view.

Just got a call thru to {removed by forum staff}. They informed me that they are doing all cars and trucks 1996 and newer and that they are EPA approved kits and are eligible for tax credits. I wish the State of Utah or the Feds would step in and take control of these type of shops.
