  • Flying J Springville 2 pumps down

I stopped at lunch to top off the tanks and had to wait because two out of the four pumps are "Out of Order"

Just wanted to post an FYI

I called Questar to find out when or if the pumps are going to be fixed he said that they should have the parts this weeks to fix the two pumps that are down. He says Questar only does the repairs on the compressor side and the point of sell is an out side company that orders parts from them. He said some one ran over one of the fill heads because it was not clicked back into place on the holder on the pump. I hope that people can treat our awesome CNG resources better then this so we have them for a long to come. So I guess we cross our fingers and wait for this "out side company", maybe if we make lots of compliant / complement calls to Flying J in Springville that might help also. .

3 pumps down at the Flying J in Springville. But, the one pump still has awesome pressure.

All the pumps were operational today when I stopped by to fill. The pump I used (22, at the end of the semi row) had alot of electrical tape wrapped on it. (I'm guessing it was the one run over.) But it worked fine and the pressure was at 3900psi!
