I am looking for details regarding the Utah state natural gas regulation of Questar.
How exactly is the regulation determined? By state congress?
Does the state set prices every quarter, month, week?
At what price is the current price set? Is there a website that lists current regulatory pricing in Utah?
Can the price of CNG vary across the state or is every station required to charge the same price?
One thing I noticed is that at my tesoro my receipt said .86 a gge, this was on 5/20/2008. I was a bit surprised by this. Did the price go up over night?
