Ok so I have heard about CNG I just didn't know it was open to the public. So now with gas prices going sky high and me owning a charger r/t (hemi) I get sick every time I fill up. I live in St. George where the woderful people here feel they need to have the highest prices out of the whole state, so my question is, (and I think I know part of the answer) is there a conversion kit for my car? Is there anyone I can talk to about a price?

Re: Yeah I'm Lost...
I'm not sure if the kit is available for the Charger yet or not. To ballpark the cost i'd say around 12,000 give or take. Call Rick Oliver at Sno-Motion (801-281-4766) on monday. He'd be able to tell you for sure if they can do it or not. Good Luck! You can do anything except light a paper match, on a marshmellow, underwater!

Re: Yeah I'm Lost...
I don't think there has ever been EPA certified aftermarket conversions for Dodge vehicles (there were some factory CNG vans made by Dodge years ago, however). Best bet is to sell the gas guzzler and find a used natural gas vehicle. In St. George if this is your only set of wheels you should probably find one that is bi-fuel, capable of running on gasoline too. Check out the "Where to buy one" link in the upper left corner.

Re: Yeah I'm Lost...
You might want to contact Ryke Olsen in St George. I bought some tanks from him in January and I believe he does conversions now. Don't know if there is one for a Dodge product.
