  • San Fernando CNG Station

Went to fill up today at 3pm. I was unable to get the 3600psi nozzle to lock on my car. I even tried to get it to lock on the pump itself. I tried very hard pulling back and pushing forward on the yellow slide handle. No Go, pumped with 3000psi and then topped it off at the CE station in Burbank. I also called the Citys number for pump info and repair and notified them. I did not want to flag it on CNGPRICES.com as down as you can still use the 3000psi other one like I did.

    Mario,

I had the same problem at San Fernando yesterday afternoon. I was there earlier in the week and the fill was good.

Also, I received my CNG T-shirt on Friday -- THANKS!

Glad you got your shirt already and Thanks for buying. I talked with a city worker the following day and they had repaired the nozzle in the am ASAP. He also said they plan to change the nozzles to the same style as the CE station in Burbank, but they were waiting for funds because it was about $1800. each

They finally replaced the nozzle on the #2 pump 3600psi to one just like at the Burbank station. Really easy to use, much better.
