Home Fueling - How long to hear from The Gas Company?

I want to get a PHIL so I sent the form to The Gas Company to determine if they could support it at my Orange County home.

I faxed the form on 7/21/08.
I refaxed it and mailed it on 8/22/08 and I have still heard nothing.

How long does it take for The Gas Company to determine if I can buy more of their product?

Call them. They shoudl do it in a couple of days (normally 30) if they realize they've dropped the ball. The problem is that two departments have to 'ok' it.

I faxed mine on 9/20/07 and got approval on 10/12/07.
