Changes to Bay Area Tolls

Does anyone have any information about if the new toll changes will affect alternate fueled vehicles? The increases were voted in last night and include a $2.50 toll for carpools. Of course the news reports are silent on alternate fueled vehicles. Will alternate fueled vehicles be subject to a toll during rush hour?

Also, is there any plan to lobby for an extension of the alternate fuel sticker program after it expires in 2011?

Based on the PowerPoint presentation that someone posted, it looks like the only thing exempt from the toll are busses. Also, all carpool lane users will be required to have FastTrak.
