    Re: Buying a car

The end of the VIN is 130. His documents showed -0001 after the VIN.

That being said, Car just got to the dealer, signed all the paperwork and got everything ready. It will be ready Monday but going out of town for 3 days for work... Will pick it up Thursday morning.

If the vin is 000001, it was the first car made in "08. My cars were 000013-000080. If you ever get it, you scored. I have 2 blues and a silver coming by about the 15th.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

The wait has been killing me . The dealer was supposed to get them in a couple of weeks ago but they have been sitting in AZ. I just got word they should arrive by Monday! YEA! but I am out of town until Wed boo..

I did see that the car had a -0001 on it. I wonder if that is the first car off the line.

Congratulation on your purchase, and your move to CNG. I commute from Tracy to Newark, and have put about 60,000mi. on my 05 GX. I do most of my filling at home, but I do use the Hayward PG&E station, and more rarely the Union City corprorate yard public station. Enjoy the car, and enjoy not supporting opec.

I have read about it and need to get more information on this.

    Thanks!

    Buying a car

Looks like I will be joining the ranks of Honda GX owners. I am going to buy the '08 from a dealer here locally. Sadly, I dont get the cheap NG like they do in Utah but when we do move back to UT, it will be sweet .

I am in Santa Clara/San Jose area.
Working...
