Other CNG pumps too! As of this morning some stations in Phoenix are selling regular unleaded for the same price as the three CE stations at the airport. $2.59. I know CE has some sort of rule about being 50-75 cents cheaper than gasoline, and since I pass the CE tanker trucks filling up in Utah and bringing NG down to Phx there should be no excuse for not lowering the price. I have not been to the CE stations for quite some time but if the CNGprices.com site is updated CE is selling for the same as gas now.

The same thing will happen here soon as gasoline is around 3.15 and CE is around 2.80-3.00 except for the one in GG is 2.40, which did have a nice price war with Anaheim ($2.259 now) and lost. Lowest price I ever paid was at my local station 1.65 in Oct 06. It is STILL 2.194 now but the pump says 2.185.BLUE 09 GX -

Does CE transport it as LNG or CNG? If CNG, do they pressurize the storage tanks to offset the cost of NG in AZ with Utah NG price?Comment
