I think this failed, I talked to Frank Burcham at the NM Clean Cities and he said the incentives were on again and off again all the time and probably wouldn't go anywhere.
I would like to get a list of NM NGV owners to network with. Perfection Honda in Rio Rancho is pushing the Nat Gas Civic! We've got FuelMakers for NM!
