pump in stillwater

Ok I know it says that there is a pump in still water but where is it. and if it doesn't exist is there one that is public anywhere around there?

It's on the north end of town just past atwoods you will see the ong business on the west side of the road but the pump is behind ong you have to take a left or go west before you get there and that road winds back around to it.
