info on grant funding and passthrough credit?

I am looking for the tax credit information availble for dealers that work with government/non profit via form 8911. I read and searched the irs site and can't make heads or tails for pass through credits. Does anyone have knowledge of where this type of information is hiding? What implications are involved with the AMT or TMT? The only thing I see is that there is no carry forward of the credit. It is all quite confusing and vague at this point but I'm sure I'm not looking in the right places.

Hi Amfuel.
My understanding is you are trying as seller to capture the value of tax credits for infrastructure (form 8911) not vehicles (form 8910) when sold to a non-tax paying entity, right?

Yes, form 8911.

I found the info on the government incenties tab at ngvamerica. What would we do without them.

Agreed. I hope your business is a member of NGVAmerica? Those of us in the industry need to support them. Wish they had a single-member rate for the many folks in our little community here to support and subscribe to the newsletter, etc.
