I do not think it has a chance of passing. Both Prop 7 and 10 will probably go down in defeat.

Over 80% reporting currently, and it looks like they both did indeed fail miserably. both around the 60% to 40% range so far. In fact, Prop 10 so far has not even won a single county majority.
