Prop 10 Passage "Alternative Fuels Initiative"

For members who live here in California, what do you think are the chances that this proposition passes in Nov? I am interested in getting a Civic NGV and this legislation may be the deciding factor. Have not been able to find any polls which tell how the electorate is leaning on this issue. Thanks for your replies.

It's yet another poorly worded special interest money grab.

This is really something that should go through the legislature so it can be adjusted as we learn what works and what doesn't.
