List of States that offer HOV lanes to NGVs

I am looking for a list of States that offer HOV lanes to NGVs. I did a search on the site and see individual postings but I am looking for a list. I know that Texas does not offer it. It looks like CA, UT, GA offer it. Does anyone have a list?

It would take some time to compile, but if you wanted to drill-down on this map (from the "Incentives - All States" sticky thread at the top of this forum), it would be possible to see all of the states with HOV access policies.

Here is the list that I came up with: CA, UT, AZ, IL, TN, GA, FL, VA, NY, NJ
