Does anyone know if the GSA auction CNG vehicles qualify under the IRS for a tax credit?
This is where the index is.

The way I understand it you can only claim the Federal credit if you buy the vehicle new or you pay to have the vehicle converted by one of the approved companies listed in the link you posted.

The vehicles being sold at GSA auctions are OEM CNG vehicles but they are used. They wouldn't qualify for any Federal credit unless you bought a gasoline vehicle at a GSA auction and had the CNG conversion done by one of the companies in the list.

The used CNG GSA vehicles qualify for state tax credits where available.
