Need sticker price for 99 Crown Victoria

I recently purchased a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria from a local dealer in Provo, Utah that is dedicated natural gas. I have been researching how to get state tax credit before the year's end. I am required to document the cost of the natural gas difference between a natural gas vehicle and a normal gas vehicle for tax verification. I am looking for a window sticker or other evidence that would assist me in receiving this tax credit.

This page shows that the CNG option in 1999 was $6,165 so the car should qualify for the full $3,000 tax credit.
