Build your own "Phill" pump

I read in a couple threads about some people building their own diaphram pumps for CNG. i was wondering if anyone has had any experience in doing this. I have found little information, but I figured it could not be that complicated...although not too safe if you didn't have the correct parts. Please feel free to contact me, or describe your experience.
