The new units will need to be installed by a Phill authorized dealer. I don't think there are any non-dealer installers anymore.

Used Phills can be installed by a plumber that is familiar with them and what permits are needed. Since BRC Fuel Maker is now based in Santa Ana there might be some around.

Do you have to be certified by Phil to install? Bc my friend just started his own electrical business and he's in the bay area and would probably be able to help you guys out.

Does anyone know the Phill installer for SF bay. RS electric?
I was wondering what your experiences were. I am trying to contact them for installation.
