  • Greenfuels Fuelmaker FM4 (3000psi) Series to 3600PSI Upgrade

Upgrade your 3000 PSI FM4 FuelMaker to a 3600psi unit.

The customer will need to send in the compressor head, control’s module, and electronics board. All necessary mechanical and electronics are upgraded to match the FMQ- 3600psi compressor modules. Also, all consumables in the head are replaced – piston rings, piston rider rings, o-rings, valve springs, timer chip reset, and lubrication of moving parts.

If any aluminum parts or bearings need to be replaced, these are charged on a per part basis. These parts are non-consumable and last tens of thousands of hours if the FuelMaker is properly maintained.

This upgrade does not include a 3600 PSI nozzle. If your FuelMaker has a 3000PSI nozzle it will need to be replaced. Please email
for details on the nozzle replacement.

Upon completion, your 3000PSI unit will now compress to 3600PSI.

Sorry to be a little slow on this one. As a suggestion, I would include the 3600 nozzle as part of the upgrade to reduce the possibility of someone using the system to fuel a 3000 psi vehicle. Liability, safety, ect.
      Just a thought

        This service is $1900.

The best time would be when the unit has timed out. This service includes a basic head rebuild. Rebuilding the head on a timed out unit or with this service is the same and a $700 value.

The nozzle has been itemized out since not everybody will need one.I have seen several 3000PSI units with a 3600PSI nozzle. It is very easy to swap hoses and nozzles between units and it is the end users responsibility to check proper pressure compatibilities. GreenFuels does ask customers about their nozzle to assist them on proper pressure compatibilities.
