GreenFuels is now selling timer chip replacements.
This chip allows the FM4 to run 2000 hours and the FMQ to run 4000 hours. Complete installation instructions are included.
GreenFuels does not recommend running compressor piston rings past their recommended hours. The user should check with their ring manufacturer on how many hours their piston rings are designed to operate. Running piston rings past their recommended hours can cause costly damage to bearings, pistons, and piston sleeves. The end user assumes responsibility for compressor damage when running past recommended hours.
If you need new piston rings, please contact us for a rebuild kit or rebuild service.
If the customer purchases a rebuild kit within 3 months of a timer chip purchase, half the cost of the timer chip will be discounted off a kit purchase.
