As you know, on April 2nd, 2009 FuelMaker’s doors were regrettably closed for the last time, as the company entered into bankruptcy. Fortunately, Fuels System Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:FSYS) purchased the assets and technology of FuelMaker.
Fuel Systems Solutions is composed of two operating subsidiaries: IMPCO Technologies, Inc. and BRC S.r.l.
We are delighted to announce that all the FuelMaker Products including “Phill” the home refueling appliance will be back on the market the first half of 2010,
under the new brand of BRC FuelMaker. Distribution details are currently being discussed and will be relayed to everyone once they are finalized.
We have been in the process of moving new product production from Canada to Italy. IMPCO Technologies has worked diligently to establish a service center for the Vehicle Refueling Appliance (VRA) and Phill (HRA) to support existing units in service.
We will update you with more details as we move forward toward 2010. In the mean time if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.
