I just received a letter in the mail today from Honda. A scanned copy is attached and the OCR'd text is below.

Dear Honda Customer:
The purpose of this letter is to make you aware of a situation that could impact the servicing of the PhillTM refueling appliance you use to refill your Honda Civic GX.
Unfortunately, FuelMaker, producer of the Phill appliance, has gone into receivership in consideration of its financial condition. As a result, it is expected that the availability of parts for servicing Phill will be in short supply, potentially impacting your service needs in the coming months. You will soon receive a communication from the receiver for
FuelMaker that will explain the situation.
Honda has been providing substantial financial assistance to FuelMaker for a number of years. Further, over the past year, we have been involved in aggressive efforts to find a buyer for the company that will continue to provide service to Civic GX customers with Phill units. We believe we are now in the final stages of negotiations with an entity that embraces this vision.
We appreciate your commitment to drive a natural gas vehicle that meets your transportation needs, while reducing your own environmental footprint.
We want you to know that Honda also remains committed to natural gas as a viable alternative fuel. Consistent with our efforts over the past 10 years to advance CNG technology, we plan to continue sales of the Honda GX, which remains the only dedicated natural gas-powered passenger vehicle from a major automaker in North America.
We are not able to provide further information at this time, pending finalization of the legal matters involved. However, we will continue to keep you informed of changes in this situation.
Sincerely,
Elmer Hardy
