I just bought 80 cng tanks for a refueling station, what are they worth

I don't know if this is the right place for this post or not... I think this best fits my questions so we will see.

Recently I have purchased the tanks from a commercial refueling station at an auction. I purchased a total of 41 large tanks and 40 of the smaller tanks. All of the tanks connect together for a fueling station. All of the tanks were functioning before the bank took them.

The place that was using them was shut down by the bank and the bank sold them to the highest bidder which happened to be me.

So I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what these tanks are worth?

My only intention is to resell them as I have no need for a fill station this large.

I'm thinking they have to be worth at least $100.00 a tank.

Any input is appreciated.

Are they DOT bottles standing up in baskets?
Perhaps you can post some photos?

Wow, sorry I should have asked that this be closed out or posted an update.

I sold a few of them and then Tom bought the rest.

I was a fool and lifted each one by hand... they were only like 200 lbs each... got them on a flat bed and drove 200 miles home... found out it was a heavy load. To say the least... I was a bit exhausted and sore the next day.

So note to everyone... if you ever buy this many tanks... buy a forklift too.

LOL yep I did that to 180 dots plus lots of other tanks went to corpus cristi to get them with my big truck worked all day to get them loaded and tied down fueled up and weighed and it was 103,000 opps so I had to sneak home to tennessee and was my back sore and we had a forklift dem tanks are heavy
