  • IMPCO quality?

Hi, I am also new to the forum and have been looking at a 94 Ford Crown Victoria. Does anyone have any solid experience with the Impco system? Was it known to be reliable?

I can't speak to that specific application, but I have experience with IMPCO products. They have been both reliable and available should you need replacement parts. Prices are affordable, in many cases more so than other conversion bits from other makers.

Your comments are greatly appreciated. If I could afford the GX I would buy it, btw.

Also, I have seen a couple of threads talking about tank expiration but thought I saw a comment that I cannot find now. I just bought a CNG Crown Victoria and the sticker under the hood states that the tanks are expired Dec. 2010. Is that date hard and fast?

IMPCO is pretty good quality and good parts availaibility. The company is growing rapidly with I had got some stock about 5 years ago....

Yep, that date is what you have left on 'em.
