Check out Lancer Automotive Group. I was in there the other day looking at some of the CNG conversions they have. I talked with the guys in the shop and looked around the shop. They have equipment necessary to diagnose almost any engine performance problem on both gasoline and cng (scantools, dynemometer, lab scope, etc) and appear to know how to use the equipment.

I give them a chance and then post your experience on CNG Chat. Reports of actual experience with repair shops is the best way evaluate a shops expertise, knowledge and customer service.
