Somehow I'm not sure a little blue diamond sticker on the back of an expensive hybrid would make much difference to a 'baller'.

You obviously don't understand the point here... the fact that it costs about 10-15,000 MORE than the other guys is what makes it important. I doubt the blue diamond would be a sticker, or emblem.. It'd probably be airbrushed into some sort of mural.. :-)
