Reliable Phoenix mechanic

Hi,

I need a good Phoenix area CNG mechanic. Is there one currently available? I know of three shops - one as of a month ago was not taking customers and one I have gone to and $600 later we're exactly where we started from, getting stranded by the side of the road. The CNG system is completely non-operative.

This is for an EOS fuel system on a '97 Crown Victoria. The car has the "FMS" shown below.
