  • 2007 Civic NG starting problem

Anyone encountered a problem with starting on a civic GX? Plus it only happens when the car is at a 5% incline, nose up.

Can you be more specific about what the starting problem is . Does it take a long time to start, won't start at all, won't crank, etc?

Yes! started the car in the morning, backed out of garage, went back 6 hrs
later to garage the vehicle, and no start!
It cranks over just fine! sounds normal, but no fuel.
This is the third time this has happened with similar curcumstances the car
being parked on a slope, nose up.

Other notes, on the second visit to Honda they replaced the two filters which
have to be replaced at 10K mi. I was at 22K mi.
I also leveled the car after trying to start on the hill. This didn't change things!!!!! The vehicle is home filled with my buddy "Phill"

One of those filters is drain & inspect, the other is replace. Don't let them be replacing both every 10k. It isn't necessary, or required. The one which is drain & inspect gets replaced at 30k mi. Where are you located?
