Tank certification

I want to be a certified tank inspector anyone know how i do this? I live in utah and i heard rumors of a class somewhere.

Leo is doing a class on Nov.20-21 in Downey, CA and there may be grants for training available.

BTW, what ever happened to your need for tanks in Cedar and Mesquite?

Leo is a good guy with lots of knowledge.
I have taken all of his CNG classes except for the CNG station design. But I do plan to take that one soon.
