I wonder if I can buy 1 or 2 pcs when I am visiting LA in Dec. They will be for my friend who has CNG car.

You'll have to contact some of the suppliers and see what can be worked out. By the way, Los Angeles is about 70 miles South of where I am, Northern LA County.
