  • Alright where's the CE guy

He was on here a few months back but I think we scared him off. Just wanted to ask him about the $2.69/GGE at Phoenix Airport, why? I drove on gasoline to the Washington station for $2.25/gge rather than give them my business. But seriously though where did he go? Is he still monitoring the sight, or has he been in confession all this time

Realy Murphy? You're gonna complain about $2.69? Check cngprices.com for what CE is charging in california! Clean Energy only has one station in so cal with a price below $2.95, and that's because Trillium has a competing station a few blocks away.

I think he retired from boxing (with this group). I know CE still watches this group from dark, dank corners of the lurkers consortium.

Re: Alright where's the CE guy

Corners are not so dark, we keep the light on most of the time. Business is good so the CE staff is quite busy.

I just wasnt getting many questions so I reduced my log on time a bit, I still jump on from time to time to look for questions.

As for Phoenix, I don't have any specific info on the Arizona pricing as it is not my territory but as usual the price is a mix of commodity cost, capital recovery, operation and maintnenance of the station or stations in the area, profit, etc.

Re: Alright where's the CE guy

Clean Energy . . . I mean GREED ENERGY . . . is just milking all they can from monopoly locations. At all NY locations, CE was charging a pocket-robbing $2.48 per gge back in Dec 2007!!! Same is true for CE monopoly locations in CO where they charge $2.49 per gge!! Can you say Grand Larceny!!??!! Further, CE can't even link their own CE public cng pumps with a fuel card that works for multiple states!!! See my previous posts on this matter . . . it's quite educational to say the least!!

Even with $140/bbl crude oil, normal gasoline price here in Oklahoma has been around $3.89 per gallon and recently as low as $3.69 . . . . reason, competition and reality is that supply is NOT an issue, there is plenty of gasoline. California is always getting overcharged on energy ever since the Enron nationwide boon-doggle which Republican administration let continue until Enron got caught, and NOW speculators pushing up price of crude oil is being allowed by Pres Son-of-a-Bush . . . . what a joke!!

Same concept for CNG . . . there are MASSIVE amounts of natural gas, and GREED ENERGY is only milking Phoenix, AZ and locations in CA for one reason, and one reason only . . . . BECAUSE THEY CAN, and Bush Admin doing NOTHING to limit the overcharging!! !!!

AVOID Clean Energy at ALL costs . . . install your own Fuelmaker, drive for miles to find a Trillium site, etc. . . . . . get the picture!!??!!

Since we a slagging CE. They are running a $2500 rebate rught now on business CNG vehicles. I called their office, they will not mail the forms to me. They want me to drive accross the city during business hours to get a piece of paper. I asked the girl, "what if I was from out of town". She said she didn't know. I felt like choking her through the phone.

                      CanAm,

Not sure where this info came from but we do not currently have such a promotion going on. Perhaps there was a mixup in that we do have an employee program similar to that where we offer an incentive to CE staff to buy or convert personal vehicles.

Can you let me know where you heard that?

This may not be your territory, but is CE considering putting in a station in Yuma, AZ? Thanks!
